So tell me...to get a photograph from this angle, does one need a specific kind of ceiling harness? Was the photographer very, very tall perhaps? Or were these ladies very very small? (in terms of height clearly)

just being anthropoligically accurate?? there's world of difference between "boobies", as cited by darwin and "great tits", as sighted by nwb'ers!!
