TIN PAN ALLEY have been gigging around the North of England for a good many years now, taking their fiery Rock and Blues music to anywhere that wants them. From the heights of the Colne, Burnley and Maryport Blues Festivals, to bike rallies, Beer Festivals and the regular pub and club circuit, they have played anywhere that has an audience for a hard working “power trio”. Firmly rooted in the 60’s and 70’s side of things, a usual night can involve The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Cream, Free, Bad Company, early AC/DC, The Stones and Lynyrd Skynyrd among others, but an appearance at a blues festival or any “special” gig means a complete blistering set of the music of STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN & DOUBLE TROUBLE on which the band cut it’s teeth in the early years. Perhaps throw in an old Muddy Waters or Freddie King standard with a little Chuck Berry, and you’ll get the picture. So whether playing on their own or playing support to bigger names (Wilko Johnson, The Pirates, The Nimmo Brothers and Blues n' Trouble to name but a few) you’re in for a special night! Currently the band has undergone its first line up change, with new Bass Player Andy replacing Zolt. The rest of the line up being founder members Kev (Drums) and Tanny (Guitar and Vocals). Andy comes with 20 years of playing and recording experience, and joined in October 2005 So on a normal night, from the opening blast of “Scuttlebuttin’” through to 10 minutes of “Free Bird” there will be something to please any lover of guitar based rock and blues. Check it out!"
