CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND WHERE TO GET A DI BOX?

Been asked to provide a Di box for gig and have no idea where to get one of these beasties...suggestions are welcome esp if you can recommend a specific DI box that would be worth buying

i reckon youd get a prett y decent di box from dolphin and youd make mr nwb REALLY happy as long as you click the link at the bottom of the page!!!!

wots it for? If its for an electro acoustic guitar, you won't need one if its a powered pre amp...just plug straight into desk...I do!

is for an electro-acoustic think the sound desk might be quite far away from the stage in the venue.

If there is anywhere that does cheap guitar strings/ bulk buy that you get commssion from give me a shout as that will be the next thing on my list of stuff to buy...although it's on the backburner until I've earned some more dosh :)

I've been trying to get something sorted with stringsdirect.co.uk, but they arent playing ball. The best they could offer is a 5% discount if you ring up and mention NWB, although I dont get any commission. Boo!!

Although I have noticed that amazon seems to be a good place to pick up some strings. www.amazon.co.uk/.../B0000WS7YO

good call on the bulk buying of strings. there used to be a shop in bingley that did a really good deal on em but thats closed down now. ive never found anywhere online that does deals like that? thatd be really useful.

di box arrived safe and sound...now I just need to find the right cable for plugging it into a PA
