As Cornerstones lead singer is sunning himself in Spain and we have a free weekend, a couple of us decided to catch 'No Boundarys' at Conor's Bar in Heaton Chapel near Stockport last night. Check out their set list which is filled with classic indie songs from the likes of The Stone Roses, Oasis, James, Arctic Monkeys, Killers, Stereophonics, Kings Of Leon etc..
If you like any of this kind of thing, you won't be disappointed. These guys are a quality 5-piece act who've been together for 3 years. know their stuff and use quality gear.
Also, they're most likely to be the only band on here which you can see performing Morrissey's 'First of the Gang'. Excellent indeed!
Re: the venue. We hadn't visited the place before but clearly, it's the local late night place to go as the band starts just before 11pm, before which it's quite empty but then people start coming in.
